This info has been at the WindowsTenForums for over two years I take absolutely no credit for this except that by posting this info on Reddit I may have helped it get to a wider audience. Hyped-Up is my standard Windows 10 Pro boot-up Hyped-Down is for when I want to run the Bluestacks Android Emulator. I have two options at boot-time: Hyped-Up and Hyped-Down. Nothing is disabled all features are intact, as are the services that they installed. I simply have two boot options, setup by running the bcdedit.exe program that comes with Windows 10. Unlike the instructions at many websites which have had people (including myself) constantly disabling and re-enabling various Windows Features, as well as disabling Virtualization in the Bios, this is all completely unnecessary, at least in my case, running on Windows 10 Pro. I have Bluestacks, Hyper-V and WindowsSandbox installed, and I can choose whether to be running the Bluestacks Android Emulator or Hyper-V/WindowsSandbox.
